The NWT Network, through collaboration with the NWT Seniors’ Society, provides the workshop: Creating Safe Communities for Older Adults.
These events educate participants on preventing and addressing abuse against older adults. Workshops are free, and on the community’s schedule.
Creating Safe Communities for Older Adults has been conducted in a number of communities over the past number of years. If you are interested in having a workshop in your community, contact The NWT Senior’s Society and let them know!
